Checked out this flick this evening. It was pretty good. Had some funny moments - a few stereotypical ones, but some really moving moments too. Of course, I cried - I couldn't help, the church scene got me.
The movie raised an interesting question for me. Can a man really be THAT cruel? It's scary to think you could be with a man for 18 years (or any amount of time) and he abuse her like that. He was off the chain. I was scared for a moment that she might actually go back to that fool. She got so wrapped up in revenge (which was kinda funny) that I thought she was about to let a good thing get away. The ending was satisfying.
